he keeps sending "can I join" pms (that's a whole pm, actually). And I can't communicate with him at all >.> I don't know what he means, and that kinda makes it. How can I have a member who can't even speak to me nor I'm not even sure if he understands me at all. That kinda sucks, so it will be a "no" imo. Unless something changes in the way he speaks. oh and he made a ragequit after loosing to someone today. That isn't going well with my vision of RelaxAll >.>!!!
