You need to maintain the folder structure from the zip file. Toribash.exe with the subfolders replay, sound, heads etc.

Just open the zip file, and don't select any files and click extract (if you are using winzip).

If that's not the problem, please post the output from stderr.txt. Could be some initialization that fails (if the sound system for instance fails the current version of Toribash won't start).
