I would assume it can't be a gif.

It costs perk points to change it a second time.
If you fuck up or change your mind within like a couple of days then we'll change it, we won't be super harsh like that. But if a decent chunk of time has passed then yeah, you need to purchase the perk again.

As a heads up, I'm not particularly checking these news threads. The clan board seems the most appropriate place for clan related news unless it's huge, so I'll be much quicker and more likely to answer your questions and thoughts if they're posted in the clan outreach thread.
