Right, normally a donation is an instajoin but I still have to make sure people will be active during the event and an application right before the event starts is/can be conformation for activity.
In any way, I now have one spot reserved for hipower. If the bracket is full after this weekend and there is still no response from him I will give his spot to someone else and start the event.
