I think a lot of this has to do with what country we're from and how speech is dictated in each of those countries. I'm from the USA, so the freedom of expression and speech is highly emphasized compared to pretty much anywhere else that other people are from lmao.

Personally, I come from the opposite and I can say with first hand experience that censorship can cause more harm than you'd think.
