Not easy to trust that this will be applied correctly ed, considering peoples' experiences with bans... but I can try :<

I also don't think it's appropriate to call user created servers public when the dev servers are all plastered with "public", it's the exception that proves the rule. That said I know some of the dev servers do not say public, so... all we can do is bitch and moan, and hope this doesn't screw us or our friends :<
