I can assure you that the virus is indeed real and the numbers are more than likely higher in China than what's actually been reported. Viruses naturally leave the body on their own will, and viruses aren't considered living organisms either. Antibiotics will do nothing and vaccines are still being worked on by the WHO. China is a police state, so keep in mind they control the media and how people react to the virus within their own country.
