Precedent uses facts and rulings of previous cases to guide decisions made in the cases that succeed it. The new case does not need to match the previous one exactly for it to be relevant. The best choices for this case would be how staff handle sending wrong amounts of TC or wrong items between users, and the staff's unwillingness to support real money duels.

Generally speaking duels of unverifiable quantities like real money or art are not supported, but exceptions can and have been made. It is unclear as to how and why staff may act outside of the norm, but they have that right.

I wanted to note that whether or not this statement is true depends entirely on the legality of the situation. If this case involved supported quantities like TC, it would certainly be theft or stealing. For this case it CAN be considered stealing if staff decided it is.

Would like to add how you were all "innocent until proven guilty" on your own thread, but here you've just assumed iTemp to be guilty given the same level of testimony.
Staff confiscated $135.00 worth of TC from iTemp, so certainly there is evidence to substantiate these claims. Also he admitted it was true in the post he made following this one.
