I am aware my child, but the wibbles dead nearing 2017-09-20 was merely a cravate, an exquisite corpse of bad influences, it should not even be acknowledged as a wibbles, less so a continuation, there were continuations past the proper wibbles, those being forumotion and (deceased) omgforum, all rancid in nature.


It is delusional attitude to be affected so profoundly by being called a child given that we are all children under the wings of out zeitgeist. I am as much a child as you are, no need fret on it


It was a magical board under the elerk section, in all its essence a shithole of shitposting, long gone and living still as a remnant in the collective unconscious of some fervent and faithful Toribash users. It had to be nuked multiple times along its existence due to the heavy traffic and toll it put the servers under.

It had multiple iterations and its unwilling, kicking, dying, termination and extermination I dare say, threads upon various ranges of dates. 2011-05-01 was the death of the true wibbles, the original, it had to be killed upon an ensuing war lasting for several days, it was basically a feud between known active users of the board and it caused so much spam that it started becoming alarming and the servers were being pulled apart trying to contain the weight of all the stinky shit and cum caused by the shitposting. Key players of this war were terty, zayex, yoyo, this humble servant, even glow, chris, along others who went down in the decked halls of ejaculatory glory that were the currents of semen left by the wibbles war that ended up killing it. Great days.

Later it resurfaced as an attempt to keep user activity and community cohesion amidst a critical moment for the game, however this was an honestly rather bleak attempt to try to recapture the chaotic energy of the real wibbles, this one was filled with people fighting for reputation and recognition amid the wibbles community, something shunned upon on the days of the pure joy of shitposting, I had little participation in this monstrosity as I was missing in action during this time of Toribash history, due to a blockade to the site weirdly set upon by my country's government, but alas, this second attempt was pronounced dead by sir on the fateful date of 2017-09-20 when it was planned to put behind a paywall, I can't quite recall when exactly the toriprime -and later also VIP- boards became the de facto places for shitposting à la Wibbles. This was also not worthy of the community's corporeal seed so it saw little use compared to its forefather, the real wibbles.

It was a little club, it was blatantly unapologetic during its heyday, but the will cannot will backwards as I've stated and we must look forward. Those days serve as a tool for dreamy reminiscence, and to remember to remember oneself.
