First of all, that's how the set should look like, there is no mistake or what so ever.
and it's not c/p as from what I remember, it was a custom set made for one of UssR leaders.
The head texture is pretty on point for the Right and Left Thigh texture just looks like the head texture but flipped so hence me saying it looks like a c/p
