War crimes are ignored by government media. Now that's all the propaganda has to say.

Majority of Russian media is literally owned by the government and the rest is only allowed to exist as long as it follows the same ideology. It's not that they're owned by agencies who choose to support Russia's actions, it's that they're owned by Russia and exist for the whole purpose of controlling the narrative.
