Fortunately, they are not very similar to the symptoms of severe organophosphorus poisoning (sarin / zoman). Weakness, tachycardia and hyperemia are most often mentioned. The first thing that comes to mind in terms of BOV are non-lethal anticholinergic drugs.
The most famous of these substances is 3-quinuclidyl ester of benzyl acid or so-called. "substance BZ" (Bi-Z). Substance BZ binds to muscarinic cholinergic receptors in the central nervous system, smooth muscle and exocrine glands and blocks acetylcholine (= acts as a cholinoblocker). Anticholinergic toxic syndrome occurs but is mild.
