That I can't comment on since I'm not active at all outside of Off-Topic and my clan page. No idea who does what. Just gave my 2 cents. I also was kept as a staff member for like a year despite not doing anything other than contributing to ideas, apps, and whatnot. Not ES but staff anyway.
