There was some returns that there weren't enough routes with the first Neon City mod. I didn't agree at the time, but in hindsight they were right.

I reworked it so that it's tighter, with less fluff and more fun. It's still focused on climbing, but there should be more for everyone now. Hope you'll enjoy it more !
