i used to make fun mods for ETourneys while i was ES, here are some of it, idk if it meets your requirements.
wushurace_bonk.tbm (moving obstacles)
wushurace_hard.tbm (static obstacles)
wushuracebeta.tbm (no obstacles)
although it contains "wushu" in its name, i think it's still fun since you have to reach the finish
cbthrow.tbm(heavy cube)
cbthrow_light.tbm (lighter cube)
first to touch finish wins
hit your opponent's rear bumper to win
can toggle the grabs if needed
