The items are viewable; however, I made a mistake when creating the items for this year's event: up until now, purchasing any x10 item (Festive, Luxury) would actually give you tickets from 2021. In your case, I see you attempted to purchase 20 Festive tickets (2 purchases of Festive x10 item), but there are 20 "Christmas Lottery 2021 - Cheap & Cheerful" tickets in your inventory instead.

Not to worry though, we'll take this into account when we start tallying up tickets after the buying period ends, as we can see the dates of the purchase(s). Therefore, such tickets will be functionally equivalent to the 2024 lottery tickets. I apologize for the confusion!
