Hello i currently lost access to my microsoft email because i needed to format my cellphone and i cant login through the microsoft authenticator, what do i need to do to change the email address? i cant receive any email confirmation because i cant login in the account, my currently email is superherosquad@live.com , im the owner of the account and i can provide any information needed to get this problem solved.
