Yeah its more about just getting a feel for how they play, I think mostly just for rank placement purposes. Outside of that I think most applications are people we recommend anyways so for the most part we usually already know they chill or have been seeing them around.

Plus we havve the vote as an extra process just to check if anyones had any major problems or anything silly
yea i think the testing process is fine where its at
can always change ti to fit whatever player is trying to join (change mod , etc.)
