To tackle duel scamming, I propose a new forum-based tool that allows players to initiate a best-of-3 (or more) duel with an agreed-upon amount of TC, similar to the current war system.

Both players must have the required TC available in their accounts; otherwise, the duel cannot be sent or accepted.

Since this would be a forum-based system rather than an in-game mechanic, I believe it’s a realistic and feasible addition.
