I don't like drama and didn't want to take sides or even participate in this kind of discussion, @manitoda2. But it's clear you never read the Toribash Terms of Service—otherwise, you'd understand Bee's desire to clarify the situation.
TOS - Member Conduct:

"Racism, illegal pornography, snuff material, warez, pirated software, and anything that is widely regarded as illegal is NOT allowed anywhere on any of our services."

As far as we know, Toribash doesn't own Discord. They can moderate their server as they see fit and take action based on what happens there. But outside that specific context, it doesn't make much sense.
I'm sure there could be a million reasons for the ban, but if it was based solely on a screenshot, something doesn't feel right. Someone called you the n-word because you were rage-baiting? Boohoo—life goes on.
The point here isn’t just about the n-word (not justifying it), it’s about the rules and maintaining fairness in a game we all care about. Because clearly, something doesn’t add up.
In the distant past, my TeamSpeak/Skype DMs were never taken into consideration. So either something is missing now, or there’s a clear case of double standards.
