It's the simple fact that the punishment was out of TB jurisdiction and is being treated as if he was in a public space. The rules on this are quite clear. you're literally ignoring the fact that ive said multiple times already i HAVE been punished for everything that was worthy of punishing me for.
if the rules are changed or his ban sentence is even SLIGHTLY reduced this would turn from a case of a simple ban placed on a user who was racist to a case of favoritism + the possibility of ANYONE being able to be racist to someone from a videogame they both play as long as its private
