Kros was in the wrong. There is no excuse for what he called him.
However, staff are also wrong to ban someone over a discord private DM. Countless harassments have happened over discord DMs before, never have they been handled in such a way.
How I see it is, staff are bending the rules trying to find any reason to ban Kros. He is just being targeted for the only fact that they do not like him. He hasn’t been banned for either harassment nor scams it’s been ages.
I would also like to add that having his ban moved from a 1 month ban, to a full ZT, BOS just after he made a ban appeal is just absurd. Staff responsible are just irrational and emotionally driven, having their ego getting the best of them. This is just a dick-measuring contest at this point.
This is a fair take actually. It is true that the ban being extended shortly after is perplexing and is definitely not how these things are usually handled. Usually if your shit is getting extended you did something worse after getting banned lmfao
I would like to see clarification on the specifics of what happened at some point because I’m totally clueless. I just had to post because there were people justifying these actions and also blaming the “victim” which is just nonsense. There is thinking the ban is unjustified and thinking the actions are justified, they ARE mutually exclusive
