Dead clan revival rework
As you all know, there are numerous clans which have perished over the span of TB. I propose an idea where if at least the leaders of a clan are not active for a period amount of time it goes to the next highest in the clan.
So on and so forth.
So many clans have been forgotten due to some people leaving them to die
