When it comes to cosmetics I generally enjoy a scent of sweet or a bittersweet perfumes and for colognes I enjoy smooth cold scents that open up sinuses and pulls you into a focused respect. Strong cultural scents are great because like any cosmetic it's just a layer of depth for self care expressed by that said individual.

Smokey cosmetics are great too when they come by surprise, natural perspiration is good too because it's a neutral scent and lots of people who are prone to allergies or overstimulation would rather prefer this over many other artificial/natural cosmetics. I think it's important to understand what Toffee is elaborating by neutral smells and forest scents. Before we had the engineering to develop super refined chemicals and compounds to turn into products for us to wear, human beings if I remember correctly relied on naturally attainable smells using herbs, spices, flowers, different earth-like soils, fats even (I think) in order to study or produce fragrances. I am unsure on what timeline this may have begun but most likely I'd assume during any developmental society where engagements were common for developmental purposes in some way or another.

Another important thing to note is compared to previous centuries, presently a lot of human beings have consumed more artificially produced goods in some countries than others because of cost and availability so that might also play a factor in why we might smell worse on average than those primarily on natural habits, since our bodies adapt to the world we occupy.

Maison Crivelli: Absinthe Boreale / Maison Margiela: Coffee Break

L'art & La Matière: Tobacco Honey

Bentley: Silverlake / Mizensir: Blue Gin

Natural perspiration (Mainly just active showering and just natural bodywash + odorless deodorant)

I'm not really a cosmetics guy when cologne/perfume is the topic since I typically enjoy a variety of scents but there's a lot of great options mentioned in this post already for any lurkers! If there's something that catches your mind with this post I definitely suggest going out to the mall or a store where you know they sell fragrances and find something to boost your style or confidence for the week. You never know what exploration will have in store for you!

PS PS: I am from America and I can tell you Enclave likes the scent of chic-fil-a and has the innate power to detect it from 500 miles away in any direction!!!!!!
