On December 25th, 2024, soap resigned EO 2099.
EO 2099 recognises the following amendments to the [dog] clan.

These amendments have since been reaffirmed and reinterpreted to reflect the current state of dog.

dog recognises no internal hierarchy.
No member holds authority over another.
All members stand on equal ground.
