As many of you are aware, we have a few clan members who have had some run ins with the tori government, broken tori laws etc. In order to maintain the image of our clan and to encourage our clan members not to make these mistakes, again or for the first time, we will be introducing a 3 point strike system, 3 strikes and you're out of the clan, for a minimum of 2 years. Each strike also lasts 2 years.

Duel scamming of any kind is an immediate 3 strikes.

Loan scamming could result in 3 strikes or no action depending on the context.

Getting banned for slurs is 0-3 strikes depending on the context. If I feel the ban was unjust then no strikes will be given, however in the vast majority of cases I will likely side with tb staff and at least 1 strike will be given. If I (politically right leaning) deem what was said to be genuinely despicable then 3 points will be given.

Any wrongdoings that happened prior to the creation of this thread or prior to joining XP will not be counted as strikes.

All strikes will be recorded in posts in this thread.
