This rule has informally existed and been enforced for some time. Here it is, finally formalized!

We are concerned with any texture which contains a substantial usage of any graphic generated by a text-to-image model.
By "substantial usage", we are referring to an implementation of the output of a text-to-image tool which affects the overall character of a texture.

Users are permitted to sell such textures as long as the usage of AI tools is explicitly disclosed to the prospective buyer(s).
Those who attempt to sell such textures without disclosing the usage of AI tools will be banned.

This means:

• If creating a thread on the forums to sell such a texture, it must be disclosed in the original post that AI tools were used in the creation process.
• If you are making a post in the Toribash Discord server to sell such a texture, the same as above must be immediately stated.
• If you are selling a texture privately ingame/through PMs/Discord DMs, the same as above must be immediately stated.

Ultimately, what is deemed as a "substantial usage" of AI tools will be left at the discretion of Market Squad. However, if and when a ban is placed due to a situation as described above, we will happily and readily provide our rationale to the banned user.
