Yes well some mods have extremely high dismember rates & some have no dismembers at all, if you were to play a boat load of mods that resulted in lots of dms etc such as pooljoust then it is likely how that happens which is far from anyone abusing something.

Those leaderboards do not give out rewards for placing high, only the standard ranked season placements
