Can anyone figure a way to make a flowy cape for the breast? not so flowy it glitches but just make the cape ignore the floor? I'm thinking of new releases recently just to keep it fresh.

give the cape 6 bending points like the hair I guess and leave the rest stiffened. It should work.

and can it work with hair color just like it was hair? Or can it be texturable but hair like?
