Made some improvements, here's updated version.

• Added some mp support (allows loading missing mp mods and doesn't freak out if focus is left on)
• Added auto smc toggle (allows camera to keep up on fast rpl, while maintaining default camera for playing)
• More efficient mod loading (no longer uses cache to load tmp rpl for resetting mod data)
