Recruiting

Full path = [ NonMember ----> SubUrbs ----> Urban Elite ]

Restrictions: Player must be over 2nd Dan and be of moderate skill.

Will do the first stage in two ways:

Method1: 'Want to join Urban'

NonMember will post in 'Want to join Urban' with these details -

Skills you can bring to Urban:
Old Clans:

Other Qualities:
Replays: 3-5

Only elites vote.
4 positive votes to get to Voting Thread.
1 negative vote and your out.


Method 2: Invite

Any elite can also invite a new member and make a Voting Thread to introduce them to the clan at any time.

If they are a well established player a Voting Thread will still be made. A request must be made to a leader before the thread is made and the thread will have clear indications that it is for [Urban Elite].

[ SubUrbs ----> Urban Elite ]

Members will need to be [SubUrbs] for 3 months.
An elite will make a Voting Thread if they feel the Sub is worthy xD

The voting procedure will be the same one we have been using however with this change comes a bit of refining. I'm going to set these 3 requirements.

Testing from at least 4 elites in a variety of mods.
Voting from at least 8 elites [we have 14 members total so I think this is plenty]
Voting will last 7days to allow for testing.

If there is a positive response we can welcome them to the clan as a [SubUrb].
There will be clear indication if moving straight to [Urban Elite].

Their name will also be added to a list in the News thread during this period.
