At the Brighton Library in Monroe County, I am allowed to play all day long, but I cannot get MultiPlayer to work due to the firewall. It allows packets through Tor and Privoxy, so I am guessing that if I do that, I can play Multi all day long on a computer that is better than my Home PC.

Novitech: Definately not, I've been playing for over a year and have attained a 9th Dan Black Belt, I have no intentions of Violating the rules, making me start from scratch. I'm honest in all my efforts.

Skulfuk: I probably will encounter ping problems there, I will work around them. I don't really want to search through the files with a Hex editor, I have only used that to change START to BEGIN on my Taskbar in the past. Learning it might be useful.
