I made myself clear in the first post, if people don't care to read it, they should suffer the consequences. The "tell me if you want it unique" part is alive aswell. If I know that the head the customer wants to buy is famous, I won't make it unique. I'm totally fair, so you wouldn't have the right to make me refund anything.
