Gah, i tried to emphasize the low risk of legal charges by stating that it's a "seemingly empty" alley, but i should have stated it more explicitly.

If i was to kill every "stupid" and "racist" person I'd likely wipe 2/4 of the planet's population.
I am normally fairly easy to get along with, but there are a few things that can infuriate me to no end.
Senseless cruelty to innocents is one of them. It's one thing if those people were starving and hunted that dog for their own survival, but this is different.
