This is despicable....If this passes, there will be no "internet" (and world, to an extent) as we know it.
Internet would be a dull, rigorously censored place. Sites like youtube, flickr, newgrounds, myspace, facebook, 4chan and just about any other site which hosts piles of user uploaded material would be shut down. Anyone can accuse anyone of violating DMCA, thereby forcing that person's ISP to shut down his internet access. Yep, no evidence required. Want to send a friend a cool music video? Well, the system will know you distribute copyrighted material, and after 2 repeat offenses your internet would be permanently shut down. No right to trial.

This is horrifying and should be vigorously protested.
