Either one, or both, its up to you. Full stories have a better chance of winning, so if there is a start that take place before the vid, then the vid, then an ending, you have the best chance.

Yes, if you can, it will help the story flow better.
I will be posting an example entry soon, to clear things up a bit. But until then, just keep in mind that there are almost NO RULES here, almost. So just about anything you can think of that involves that video and story surrounding it is valid. Its like those kids book where you write your own ending, only know you have to write an ending AND a beginning and hopefully add some dialogue to the middle.
