It's supposed to be WE THE PEOPLE, not governers, politicians, lobbyists, and congressmen.
Politicians, governors and lobbyists are a part of "we the people".
People can't function without leaders, who arise spontaneously. Anarchy doesn't work. Stop dreaming.
