Glad to see the more compassionate making up a majority

I'm all for punishment myself, not excluding death penalty - as long as it is reasonable and brings practical benefit to people in large. I don't think that quenching some victim's temporal thirst for redemption is worth anyone's eternal suffering.

To me, even if someone killed all people in a giant holocaust, he still would not deserve an eternal existence of agony.
