Well I got that problem solved. Motherboard and rest of components just fried xd

Untill I'll reset my pc on win7 ultimate everything's fine, when I'll reset it it blue screens on logging in with IRQ error. I know what causes that but I don't know why since all drivers are signed. The fatal equipment is adsl modem thompson speedtouch 330. It works fine without it plugged in.
