The fact of the matter is; I do not want to even play or give privilege playing with the assholes who choose to troll and annoy. It's unnecessary and easily avoidable for permanent. Noone will pay $20/month to bug people. Even if they do let them, they're helping support the game we love.

And you can keep playing the way you do now. But we of the older variety want some protection from the harshness of the rest of the internets. It's possible, plausible, and down right valuable.
