If you've lost your board all together, send a PM to Delaid. Include the following details

Org name:
Subtitle: (optional)
Private board name:
Private board subtitle: (optional)
Private board password:
Moderators:

Otherwise just say what changes need to be made to your org. Remember to say the name of the org, and the full usernames of any moderators you wish to have.

If you were unofficial and have lost your thread, unfortunately, you will have to remake your DSC.
