hhmm.....I think people are throwing the word "Coborg" around without knowing exactly what it is.

"A cyborg, also known as a cybernetic organism, is a being with both biological and artificial (e.g. electronic, mechanical or robotic) parts"

Lately I have seen people making heads that seem to be a helmet instead of an actual robotic part.
The only part of the head that can resemble somewhat of a cyborg would be the one eye, however it needs to be exagerated in order to assume it is completely robotic in some way.At the moment it can easily be mistaken for a scar/blind eye.
I have recently made a cyborg set and feel you could evaluate it and implement similar aspects into your head.
Here's the link if your interested in seeing it: http://forum.toribash.com/showpost.p...0&postcount=58

Some tips: Add things that will make it seem the body and machanical items are attached eg. Wires, bolts etc.

Regarding the quality of your head:
It is really cartoony,so I can't say it requires more detail. The shading isn't too bad although the helmet could use some shading too,it looks too flat. The lines don't seem to match up at the back, try making the back parts that connect into single layers then adding the patern to it,this way it will link up.
The basic color fills are not so appealing as they could have been done with more detail.
Cartoony textures are not my thing so I can't comment more.

Most of this post was for people who have been creating what they think are "Cyborg" textures, just to help them when they are creating these type of textures.

That is all.
