That was something like a pop swipe, but not with a real landing, if you'd try to land like that in the swipe, you would probably fall on your neck. Move a lot more smoother.

And Nightin, forgot to add, that a 540, is when you do most of the job only with 1 leg.
You jump with that leg, you do the kick with that leg and you land with that leg!!!...
