After some consideration I decided to change one rule:
When u fight Rebels (NPC characters) you only play one game in specified mod. Not three, like previously stated.
This is done so we would have faster games during the first phases of the event when every general go for the territories. And because this simple math:

One Hung member fighting 3 games with 10 people is 30 games! :P He would die out of exhaustion. :P
We don't want to actually kill someone during this event.
