ok so i updated my build.

CPU: from athlon II x3 440@3.8ghz to phenom II x4 965 now @ 4.2ghz on air
Motherboard:from the biostar gf8100 to the MSI nf750-g55 sli, also has core unlocking (my x3 had a defective fourth core)
RAM: from 4gb ddr2 800 to kingston hyperX 2x 2gb ddr3 1600
