/knockout is a toggle variable. call it again to turn of knockout mode.

During a knockout tournament there are a couple of restrictions.
- you can't join an ongoing tournament (except /fenter)
- after the tournament ends finals play 3 times and all specs join
- you can't spec while in the tournament (except /fspec)
