3.9 - beta8
- Fixed the .dll problems.
- Fewer replay rounds in multiplayer
- fixed FOV problems
- setting mod after matchmaking
- new matchmake server
- bump map fixes with shaders

Unless we find some major bugs I'll do the full release of 3.91 with the beta so we can start working on 4.0
