Fixing those tempo issues would really help make your music sound more matured.
If you don't want to go out and buy a metronome, and can practice next to your computer, go here: http://www.metronomeonline.com/ ; It's neat because it gives you the classical names for the tempos, too (andante, moderato, allegro, etc.). Certainly helpful.
