First you get a mug, fill it up with milk about up to 1.5cm before over flowing.
Then put 1 teaspoon of your hot chocolate (Powder) in the mug with the milk. Then heat it until it starts to bubble than stop. When its out stir it for a few seconds and add 4 teaspoons of sugar. and stir for about 30 seconds. Then you have one sweep cup of hot chocolate
