Let him join. If he turns out to effect this clan for the worse then he shouldnt be in.
But you shouldnt say no right away and threaten to leave this clan just because you dislike him.

And Im bringing up again the fact that we should leave him on trial for now...

Also may I see some proof on how he woudlnt be good for this clan? I heard you say you had experience with him before.
